8 Bluebird Houses

Hand-made cedar bluebird houses with a 1 1/2 inch entrance hole are available. The overall outer dimensions are 13" in height, 5 1/2" in width, and 7 1/2" in depth. Inside, the height is 10 1/2", the width is 4 1/4", and the depth is 4 3/4".

These houses come with predator guards already installed. Cleaning and maintenance are made easy by flipping up the front panel after removing a screw at the bottom. The inside front panel is slotted for easy bird exit. Additional ventilation is provided by half moon slots on each side panel and drainage holes at each bottom corner in case of unexpected moisture.

The construction includes glue and finishing nails, and each house comes with mounting screws and washers. The cedar used is hand-selected for its weather resistance, quality, color, and natural beauty. Western red cedar is known for its ability to withstand weather conditions. While the color of the cedar may vary from light to dark, efforts are made to match colors for consistency.

Please note that wood filler is no longer used to fill nail holes. These houses are handcrafted in the USA and are built with rough sawn western red cedar that is weather resistant and includes predator guards.
